Problem:

Users have found that when making an outgoing call the phone mutes making it impossible to hear what the person on the other end of the line is saying.

Solution:

This problem is believed to be some form of driver issue with iOS 5, there has been no official word from Apple and no official fix but the general advice is to turn the speakerphone on and off and to plug the headphones in. However, if this doesn’t work then further support from Apple may be need.

Problem:

There has been a security flaw with Apple’s virtual assistant Siri. With the press of the Home button, users are able to send texts, emails, make calls etc. without unlocking the homescreen using a passcode.
