All we require of you is your phone and it's battery. You may send a charger and we will happily accept any other accessories except simcards. If we find a simcard in the phone it will be immediately destroyed due to data protection laws. Feel free to send all the original contents that came with the phone if you can find them. However, this does not increase the value of your order.
This sound's a bit complicated but it really isn't. The International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) is a serial number unique to each and every mobile phone. You will usually find it printed on the back of the handset. If not, then just key in your phone *#06# and it will pop right up on your screen.
We will only accept handset's that are in working condition. The phone may have some minor wear and tear which is expected but if the cosmetic condition of the phone is unacceptable then we will send you a new quote. If you do not accept the new quote we will send the item back to you.
This is very easy, all you have to do is take the battery out of the phone and the model number will be printed there along with the imei number.
If your phone is not on the list then just drop us an email with the model number to email@example.com and we will give you a quote within 24 hours.
No. The price is the same regardless of the colour.
No. There is no limit and you can send as many as you wish. The more mobile phone's you sell to us, the more cash you will receive! However we do need to you contact us first if it is more than 10.
Please send your order to us via recorded delivery. Royal Mail Special Delivery will cover you up to £500.00 and Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded will cover you up to £30.00. You can also send via standard parcel delivery at your own risk. MFYP hold's no responsiblity for mobile phones not received. We do provide both free postage and packaging though it is strongly advised you send it via Special Delivery.
A barred/blocked phone is one that does not work with any simcard due to the network provider blocking it. This might be because the phone is reported as stolen. We will not accept any barred or blocked mobile phones.
If you want to swap your phone for a lower value one we will add in the difference in your payment.
You will receive your phone within 3 working days. Phones will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Yes, drop us an email to arrange payment via BACS or Cheque.
Yes, you have 14 days to send the phone back for a refund or to exchange it for a different one. After 14 days, you will have to go through the SWAP process again.
You can SWAP your phone however many times you want!
Yes, you will receive 28 day warranty with the phone we send you. The warranty will cover software problems only. The phones have been fully tested, but if you do find a problem within the first 3 months, we will happily get it repaired for you as long as it is a manufacturer fault and not your fault, for example if the Phone keeps freezing we will fix it, but if you have broken the LCD, the warranty will not cover self-inflicted damage.
Payments are submitted to the bank on the 10th working day after we receive your order. Please do allow up to 3 days after this time for the payment to clear. Please note it is company policy to hold the device for 10 working days before payment. This is due to the high number of phones that we receive that are later reported lost or stolen and therefore becomes a legal matter. We understand that your phone may not be reported lost or stolen. However, we cannot make the payment any earlier. Once the payment is made, you will receive an automated email stating this.
